The Capitol Hill Blog Validates the Strong Rental Market

When the Capitol Hill blog has an entry talking about the strength of the rental market, I guess it validates it?
It is true, the apartment market has become very tight in the last 9-10 months. We have virtually no vacancy among our apartment inventory and continue to push rents when leases renew. And September, historically the strongest month of the year, is nearly two months away. We’ll have to all remember this when it’s relatively slow in November and December.
