We’ve recently instituted a survey system after maintenance requests are submitted and the feedback has been impressive. Sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of the people involved in the property management business. We couldn’t be more proud of our team of maintenance folks who help us get these work orders completed efficiently and quickly, and the feedback residents have provided to us ninety days into this new system is fantastic.
