Restoration progress at OddFellows

As we near completion of our first floor restoration at OddFellows, we wanted to share some pictures of how the flooring has turned out. This includes the common area floors that were ground and polished on the 10th Ave side as well as the “found” tile on the Pine St side. We also removed the marmoleum from the stairs and refinished the hardwoods (or technically, “soft wood” as it’s fir) on the stairs–they look great and much more in line with the era of the building. The next step is to repaint the first and second floors.
