Resident Manager of the month!

Jonathon Bregman is Redside’s first manager of the month. He best embodies Redside’s spirit, values, and does an outstanding job with all the monthly tasks we expect from resident managers.

Jonathon manages thirty four units in three Queen Anne buildings for Redside. A few of his attributes include:

• His time sheets have been submitted on-time with helpful details.
• He has accurately and consistently updated the pictures and verbiage on his vacancy postings on Appfolio and Craig’s list–and has done a GREAT job leasing apartments quickly.
• He’s taken the initiative to get into apartments within days of resident’s notice to vacate, and has provided his property manager with pictures of possible issues arising on the subsequent turn.
