The Princess was built in 1905 by a Norweigen miner as a classic, mixed-use building. Until the Great Depression in the 1930’s, the upper floors were “The Princess Hotel” and the street level retail was a grocery store. The Princess was most significantly renovated in 1980’s and now includes studio and one bedroom apartments all with exposed brick and hardwood floors. Many apartments also have arched windows, spacious outdoor decks and fantastic southerly views!
