Kolstrand Building

The Kolstrand Building is located at the base of Seattle’s fastest growing neighborhood, at the crossroads between the burgeoning energized core of Ballard’s Landmark Historic District and Ballard’s Industrial core. The Kolstrand Building was owned by the Kolstrand Marine Supply Company for almost 80 years. Built in the early 1900’s this building acts as a historic landmark for the Ballard neighborhood.
