More Feedback on the Current Rental Market

The good news and relatively good times that landlords have been feeling over the last few months (with the exception of what seems to be the normal difficulty of renting from November – February), was corroborated by the Seattle Times today in an article about rent expectations through the end of this year. It does seem though that there are darker clouds on the horizon as many projects are in the pipeline to be completed in the next 12-18 months. In the meantime, we’ll enjoy the escalating rents.
