Manager of the Month!

Bridget started managing “Footprint Wallingford” a micro apartment community in January 2017. Last year, we turned over 80% of the property, and yet she maintained a 2% vacancy and has held that same 2% vacancy rate in 2017 as well!

She’s also very responsive to maintenance requests, building questions, and prospective renters.
