Some good recent articles by Bryan Cohen on developments on Capitol Hill recently. We’re sorry to see Piecora’s go and assume it’s only a matter of time before the lot where BofA sits sells.
I couldn’t agree more with the comments on inexpensive products used in these developments. Big land prices are being paid and the owners will need big rents and as inexepensive construction as possible to make their investments pay off.
