Continued rent growth & helping to improve credit scores

We’re in the midst of the summer moving season and our rent growth directly correlates with what the Seattle Times reported last week–there continues to be strong demand for clean, well located apartments. We are also pleased to be reporting rent payments through our bookkeeping and payment platform to RentTracker. Sure, the folks that don’t pay or who are constantly late may not like it’s also time to pat on the back the great majority of residents who do pay on time. Their ongoing, on-time payments will help build their credit score as noted in teh Seattle Times yesterday.
