As home prices escalate so too will apartment pricing

As reported in the Seattle Times article below, home prices are going up and up. Over the long term, unless interest rates skyrocket or the interest deduction is taken away, I’m not sure I see them going down. The trend of people wanting to live in close, and Seattle’s escalating home prices will only continue driving apartment demand–especially near urban centers.

Seattle area home prices hit new record
