Adding value through retail

I’m pleased to see the efforts Bob Burkheimer put into the retail at his development on lower Queen Anne. I agree with his retail philosophies and believe he’s added considerable value to his project by waiting to work with the right residents and not necessarily the first people in line to lease his building.
